  • After-sales technical service to all our esteemed customers.
• Estimates for quantities required for a particular length or square area.
  • For example;
    • How many tiles go on a particular square are of a roof.
    • How many Max Spans go on a particular square area of a floor.
  • All you need to avail the team is an architectural or structural plan for the building and or onsite visit of the building or construction in question.
• Basic skills training on the application of our products.
  • In case of new products and or new areas with no skilled manpower in the site location, UCL technical team disseminates application skills to the builders at site.
• Regular Builders forums which involve.
  • Updating the engineering fraternity with what is available on market by UCL.
  • Introducing new agents/dealers to the engineers.
  • Brief application skills for a chosen product during a particular builders’ forum.
  • Updating the engineers with the prevailing product prices.
• Skills Training and product awareness campaigns in institutions e.g. schools, colleges, universities, workplaces, etc.
  • At UCL we do a courtesy in any randomly chosen institution but can be available on request by the schools, colleges, universities, workplaces, among others in writing to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
• Anticipation and design of customer-oriented products, strategies, devices, systems and processes.
