Mr. Reuben Tumwebaze
Managing DirectorAppointed in February 2021He holds a full ACCA qualification, an MBA from Edinburg Business School and a B. SC in Mechanical Engineering (MUK) with vast experience of over 20 years in infrastructure development, Manufacturing systems, heavy equipment maintenance and Industrial Project Planning and Management. Previously, he served as Director Road Infrastructure Protection at Uganda National Roads Authority, held several Managerial positions at Lafarge Uganda, Hima Cement Ltd and served as a Chief Operations Officer at UCU Holdings Ltd. He also Served as Trade Services Engineering Manager for Century Bottling Company a franchisee of the Coca Cola Company.
Mr. Moses Sanye
General Manager KamonkoliAppointed onHe holds a B. SC in Mechanical Engineering (MUK) with vast experience of over 22 years in manufacturing systems, heavy equipment maintenance, major operations planning/ execution and change management. He has vast hands on experience in Industrial Safety & environmental management, Industrial performance analysis & reporting and is a Hay Certified Job Evaluator (Hay Group, South Africa). He previously served as the Country Head of Sustainability Development, Head of Maintenances, Integration Manager and Operations Controller and other positions while at Lafarge Uganda. Served as Head of Engineering & SHEQ at Bujagali Power Plant and as Reliability Champion at Tulsa Plant (Oklahoma USA).
Mr. Jones Muhumuza
Head Of FinanceAppointed in September 2021He is a Financial and accounting professional with extensive experience in driving financial strategies, planning and analytics, assessing and reporting financial performance, overseeing IT systems while ensuring that the Company adheres to the financial regulations and procedures. He is a Chartered Certified Accountant holding an MBA (Edinburgh Business School, Herriot Watt University), PGD Taxation & Revenue (East African School of Taxation), BSC in Applied Accounting (Oxford Brookes University) B. Statistics (MUK), ACCA & CPA professional.
Mr. Francis Kintu
Head of Human ResourceAppointed in September 2021He is a Reward and Benefits expert, and a Certified Balanced Scorecard professional with over 12 years of comprehensive hands on experience in Strategic planning and performance management, HR management and research, compensation and benefits management, and capacity development. He has vast experience having worked in both public and private sectors. He holds a PGD in Human Resource Management (UMI), Senior Management Professional (Strathmore Business School), Certified Balanced Scorecard professional (The Balanced Scorecard Institute, USA), Hay Certified Job Evaluator (Hay Group, South Africa) and BSc. Quantitative Economics (MUK). He is also currently pursuing his MBA (Herriot-Watt University).
Ms. Evah Natukunda
Procurement ManagerAppointed on May 2021She is a Certified Public Accountant holding a Masters in Supply Chain Management (KYU) and a Bachelor of Statistics (MUK). She has 4years’ comprehensive experience in Clearing and forwarding and 8years experience in procurement in the Manufacturing sector. She has supported several projects which include Commissioning of a pet soda bottling line, water bottling line, Value added Diary bottling line, among other projects. Previously, she served as Customs Resident officer Bollore-Hima; Customs Resident officer Bollore-Century Bottling; Procurement specialist Century Bottling Company (Coca-Cola) and Category Manager Century and Rwenzori Bottling Company Limited.
Mr. Joseph Ssendegeya
Head Of ProductionAppointed on April 2021He holds an Advanced Diploma in Health and Safety Management, and a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering and he is currently pursuing his MBA (Herriot-Watt University). He has 13 years’ comprehensive experience in Cement production and Manufacturing processes. He has implemented several projects which include; Commissioning of a clinker line plant, a pet-coke grinding shop. Previously, he served as Production Manager, Production Superintendent, Process Engineer, and Safety Assistant at Hima cement.
Mr. Mark Rwomushana
Head Of Sales and MarketingAppointed in March 2021He has over 19 years’ experience with the leading FMCG multinationals covering Construction materials, Beverages, Telecom and Insurance. He has exceptional leadership and management experience. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Communication and Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce and numerous short term sales, marketing, management and leadership courses.
Mr. Patrick Mukasa
Head Of Internal AuditAppointed in November 2019He is an ACCA and CPA professional with over 10 years of experience in Internal Audit in Banking, Telecommunication, Public Private Partnerships, and Manufacturing sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Statistics (MUK), and Certifications in Risk Management and Internal Auditing
