ABRIDGED DISPOSAL NOTICE UNDER PUBLIC BIDDING
BID NOTICE
1. Uganda Clays Limited invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for disposal of the following items in the below on “AS IS WHERE IS “basis.

2. Firms/persons interested in the purchase of the above-mentioned items may inspect them on any working day from 5th February 2024 to 9th February 2024 between 09:30AM to 4:00PM at Uganda Clays Limited premises (Kajjansi Head office).
All the items will be available for inspection up to 9th February 2024.
3. Disposal documents in English language may be purchased by the interested bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of 100,000/= (one hundred thousand) per Lot as per the above list;
4.Upon payment of non-refundable fee as highlighted above, bid documents shall be obtained from Procurement & Disposal Unit (Kajjansi). Bidders will then tender in their bids for evaluation and award to highest bidder.
5. Interested bidders are required to only submit their offers to Uganda Clays Limited Head office reception and award will be done to the best bidder upon evaluation of the offers.
6.The method of payment will be cash deposit to;

Branch: Kajjansi branch
Account number: 1010200800871.
Paid deposit slips should be delivered to cash office for receipt before bid document is picked from the reception
